You will only have one person to contact, the event coordinator, who will keep tabs on all the many vendors from flowers, location, to car rentals.

The service you will receive from your location coordinator is minuscule. They will be in charge of the things such as the servers and bartenders; if staffed through the location. Also, will make sure the location is decorated to their standards which again is minuscule. They will not coordinate times with other vendors. The location may have 3 or 4 events going on the day of your event. The coordinator may not have time for all your needs and concerns.
